The nicest people! Went in with a broken chain, just missing a small piece. They fixed it in no time, and were nice enough fix it for free. Highly recommend this jeweler for any of your needs

Paul and his daughter are both incredibly kind and lovely to speak with. My husband passed unexpectedly and I wanted our son and daughter to be able to wear his watches at the service. I also needed my watch which was a birthday gift from my husband sized in order to wear it as well. In the chaos, I left this for the last minute and walked into the store without even calling ahead. Extremely rude. Every time I’ve been in. Bought a diamond ring and the diamond fell out in TWO WEEKS. Went back in and they tried to charge me to fix it. They said “it’s like a car, you need basic maintenance like changing the tires”. Told the guy buddy I don’t know what car you’re driving but you don’t take your car back in for tires TWO WEEKS after purchasing it. Both times before that they were also rude. there are PLENTY of jewelers. Do your self a service and go somewhere else. Thank me later.

So happy with the service- family owned business. They were so friendly and professional Had a necklace fixed - would definitely go back. They have been in business for 40 years and I had never heard about them but I will be sure to recommend.
