Lovely old historic home with well decorated rooms. Beautiful antiques. Comfortable bed. Our room was small but we didn’t have to climb the stairs so I was very happy. The 3 course Breakfast was wonderful.close to the harbor and downtown. Walking distance to points of interest.surrounded by beautiful nature. We were very happy with our choice.
We recently got lucky and were able to book a one night stay at the Jeweled Turret at the midway point of a camping road trip. We had intended to camp the full 7 nights of our trip, but it was a little rainy and cold and so we decided to treat ourselves to a hot shower and comfy bed. Our stay for several days in September 2023 at Jeweled Turret Inn was relaxing, homey, comfy and exquisite. Cathy and Carl are consummate hosts; the care and detail they put into making a relaxing stay for guests knows no bounds, from the breakfasts to the old-fashioned and charming decor. The Inn is close to the center of Belfast, which is a great, artsy little city to stroll and explore. The Inn makes a fine base to venture to Acadia, Camden, Rockland, and many other mid-coast Maine destinations.
We were blown away with the Jewelled Turret. Especially the breakfast. It's impossible to not feel at home here. This was the highlight of our trip.
