I’m giving one star because I have been trying for months to contact by phone due to my schedule not matching what they are open for and wanting to make sure I can get in. I received a gift certificate from my husband for our anniversary in October for Jewel Spa…and I CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE! It goes to voicemail and clicks off. They have already been paid but I cannot get a service scheduled. I’m wondering if I just need to have him go there and demand a refund? Anyone else have this issue?
