Our booking we made > 6 months in advance was suddenly cancelled just over a week out from the event. Looking at past reviews it seems this has happened to multiple people.
Very poor experience. Booked a 2 night stay, a couple of months ahead of a visit to Nagambie, with my brother and his wife (over from Dublin). My credit card was charged at midnight on Sunday (we were to check in on the Wednesday). On Monday I received a email informing me the booking was cancelled. No explanation, no suggestions for alternative accommodation during the school holidays. Proceed with caution!
