Wrong gym. Sorry for the confusion.
Very friendly and welcoming gym. PLENTY of room to spread out, with multiple squat racks, bench racks, pulley systems, row ergs, kettlebells, and accessory machines to isolate muscle groups. Caters to every range of the population. Even young children have even been there doing crossfit with their parents. There is a separate room for cardio equipment also. I cannot claim what the "motto" of the gym itself is, but on the wall they have the saying "Better Than Yesterday" and I believe that speaks for the attitude of the gym. ... read more
