Hi please make sure your employees wear their masks properly and customers do too. You have employees with the mask not covering their nose and some who have the mask hanging off their ears not on their face at all. I’m in here right now and you have a customer with his mask right on his top lip. It doesn’t work if not worn properly by everyone!

Thank you. We sometimes have to take an occasional break from breathing in our CO2 and get some fresh air. (The plexiglass helps provide an additional barrier of protection) but while in contact with customers or each other, we should definately have our masks on properly. Whenever we see customers inappropriately wearing their masks we will address them, especially as they come up to the counter...sometimes we don't see everyone.

Yesterday, I tried the Jerk Pit for the 1st time, ordered some curry goat. LAWDAVMERCY, I LOVE THIS FOOD😋😋😋 - BIG UP TO THE JERK PIT!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
The chicken sampler was amazing!! And the last time I got the brown stew chicken and it was also so delicious.. But, when I had the jerk pork sandwich it was overcooked and salty. I’ve enjoyed the majority of items and recommend the jerk pit.
I purchased $74.73 worth of food and the jerk salmon was so overcooked that it was inedible. I called spoke with the manager for a replacement. Instead of a replacement or refund, they asked me to forward a picture of the food. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I WILL NEVER PATRONAGE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND I ENCOURAGE OTHER CUSTOMERS DO THE SAME! HERE IS A PICTURE OF THE EXTREMELY HARD, INEDIBLE FISH!!

You told the Manager you were coming by for a replacement the next day, she asked if you would be coming at the same time and she also asked if you would send a picture so we could see what it looked like (this is so we can show the Cook so it wont happen again. Thank you for the picture. Sorry your salmon was overcooked.
I came in and was in line by 2pm for the lunch special. The lady in front of me took forever placing her order then ordering additional dessert, plus orders came up and were being called and passed out. By the time it was my turn, I was told I couldn't get the lunch special. I ordered 4 entrees. Good business would have been to honor it since I was already in line waiting. The food is good, but I am disappointed in the customer service I received.

Thanks for your feedback. Lunch Special is 11am to 2pm. You joined the line at 2pm and your order taken at 205. The lady in front of you was given the lunch special because she joined the line at 158 and got to the counter at 2pm. The cashier could have requested Manager approval for the lunch special but we can't make a habit of making exceptions as there is already a 3 hour period for the lunch special and everyone will want the same courtesy.
