Nate and his team were great from the start of my home selling process. Nate came prepared to discuss the entire process with me as a first time seller, and that level service lasted from our first meeting through closing. Nate and his team were communicative with me, reaching out multiple times a week for updates and to answer all my questions. Nathan took over for a realtor who wasn't comfortable with FaceTime showings. Virtual showings are for a new generation. nate jumped on the houses in the competitive Concord and Harvard areas i wanted to buy into. Offer went smoothly and Nates guidance was key. id use him again and refer others to him.
The Jenkins Group just don't stop! They were on top of EVERYTHING every step of the way! I've used them for 3 purchases and sales of houses and each time they provide me with more and more knowledge. They make everything easy and manageable with my busy life. They would take care of situations before I even knew that there was an issue. Easily a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!!!
The buying process was not smooth nor easy, but Alex and his team made the experience a lot easier and less stressful in this market. They helped us from start to finish, from understanding neighborhoods and what we were seeing in the homes all the way to negotiating pricing and closing. Alex was very insightful while walking through homes with us and his relationships went a long way. The Jenkins group made our closing very special as first time home buyers and we loved the experience with them overall!
