My experience with The Jefferstone was disappointing. I had several rings resized. When received back I noted that one ring was missing a pearl and many of the others showed the weld where the ring was sized. When running a finger over the band you could feel a divot. I felt like the strength of the rings would be compromised. I was disappointed but felt like this could be rectified. When I brought the issue to the store staff there was no apology. Nothing. Stopped in and picked out my wedding band in five minutes! They had the exact simple band I was looking for in my price range. Thanks for helping me out!
Cathy and her staff are wonderful. Full of knowledge and the store is super clean and the jewelry is very nicely presented. I think everyone needs to shop with these wonderful LOCALLY raised people!
