I really miss Mark Watkins, he was awesome and always on top of the issues with the hallways and cleanliness. He did not charge us just to utilize the clubhouse area living room space. The clubhouse was always open and welcoming to the residents. There wasn’t any complaints and everyone got along. If the clubhouse was rented the residents respected that. Now it’s always closed and yes the gym is open but it’s not like it used to be.

Used to be a nice place to live until the owner started allowing smoking to happen in public places such as hallways and stairwells. Whenever you walk in the main door you get hit with smoke. If you’re looking for a smoke free environment this is not the place for you. There are families that are trying to live here. It is not a good environment to raise children.
