Thank you so much! the guy (I believe Patrick) was very kind. I work at a dental office and he worked us in to get our floors done while the dentist was off. I appreciate it so much! The floors look amazing!
JBM did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning. They are honest, respectful, hard working, thorough, and professional. I would highly recommend their services.
I have had a handful of experiences with JBM and I have always been impressed with the customer service and attention to detail they provide. I have more than a few associates of mine that have used JBM and have heard nothing but glowing reviews. I would not hesitate to use them for any large or small jobs that I may have in the future.
Very quick to response to my phone call. Also, professional and explained the process of cleaning of the 4,000 sq. ft. carpet. I'll be calling them again and will refer them to my associates.
