I would really recommend this hotel for short stays in Melbourne and for week or more. The rooms have full kitchen, washer and dryer. The housekeeping is also excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Central hotel serviced apartments. We stayed in room 3402 and you can see the high floor views from this room facing the city east. It’s super convenient to Flagstaff Station and the Bird Jazz Club around the back of the building. We ate twice dinner and breakfast in the Avani. It was ok rated at 3-star as the steak was good value deal on Thursday nights. Had scotch fillet with mushroom sauce (out of a packet). Lovely service from the staff over dinner.
