Refrigerator has been broken for 3 weeks and the lack of communication from The Jay Group is unprofessional and we still don’t know when the refrigerator will be replaced. Would not recommend this property management company for housing. The gym needs serious maintenance, squeaky machines and water dripping from ceiling when it rains or snow melts. Room has a terrible draft from the poor insulation and crack in the window housing, no wonder they got an F as an energy rating.
Inconsistent hot water. Have to run water for over 5 mins to get hot.We have been harassed by the building Manager “Moshe Berger” to take down our reviews but obviously we refused. He called us multiple times late at night around 10pm being rude and disrespectful. I reached out for assistance I needed regarding the lease and he refused to help. I have rented jay group apartment in Brooklyn, NY- the management were very supportive and responsive and ensure carried out prompt maintenance work whenever tenants submit a request. The rent amount were comparatively affordable and most importantly management is alway willing to provide support to tenants. Although, I did have a great experience during my tenancy, but I will encourage the management to ensure continuing renovation of their property to maintain a competitive market standard.
I rented an apartment from the Jay Group for three years, and they are the best management! Very diligent when it comes to maintenance and any help! They offer fast correspondence and are a pleasure to deal with!
