Maintenance has been on point so far two months into my lease. Very happy tenant!
I have lived in my fair share of apartments in Charleston. I've seen rent go through the roof and it's a real burden on regular families. The Jaunt is very fairly priced for the location. There is a real sense of community here, nice and respectful neighbors, extremely helpful office staff, and great amenities. I love the pool, it's almost deserted throughout the week, and it's cleaned every Monday. I don't have pets but there's a nice dog park for the doggos to run around. The jaunt has made many improvements over the years, the biggest problem I see is the laundry rooms. Each room has 4 washers and dryers which are almost non functional most of the time. It’s a pain when you can’t do but one load at a time without going to another building. When the machines take your money that’s another issue. They have installed door closures on the laundry room door and secured the other door where it can’t be opened and there is no A/C or airflow.
