Would not recommend swimming here. Third time going here and on every occasion the life guards have been nothing but rude, racist with appalling behaviour. On two seperate occasions I’ve seen them single out people of colour and mock them. I’ve raised with management but nothing was done. I don’t understand why recruit people who can’t comprehend a simple customer facing job if they lack the basic fundamentals of safety. Visited SPARC centre to get sports massage done to relieve muscle fatigue. The therapist was very helpful and good treating my symptoms. Worked on the symptoms to relieve the ache I have. Very friendly staff.
Some of the staff members here are horrible and very rude, I have autism, along with other issues (mental health) and I use the swimming pool as a form of relaxation and coping mechanism, to help me with my anxiety, but some of staff members make me feel uncomfortable, don't get me wrong, the management team are lovely and helpful, it's just a few of the staff members, (the young woman with the long moussey brown hair) and the other woman with red hair and thick eyebrows that doesnt know how to crack a smile when i smile and... read more
It's OK as facilities wise, as you get what you pay for. However, recently seen this center allowing under 16 outside of junior gym hrs, without any supervision. Today when I went to gym and exercising,these 2 boys under 16,were messing around in the gym- playing with excercise ball as football,smashing around the exercise ball, making vedios of other people,laughing and making fun of people.
