Rubbish website. You try and ask staff about it and they don’t have a clue. All I tried to do is book me and my children. Children under 18 go free but they don’t like to tell people about that. Children under 18 should automatically be free. Shouldn’t have to bring in ID and fill in forms to prove they are from Bolton. And when you try to book online it’s so rubbish. I struggled for ages figuring it out by myself.
My son went on his first swimming lessons and the instructor was very bad not helpful at all. When I tried to speak to her ,she was so rude. When I complained at the reception he didn't listen too. So I cancelled my membership with them since then near went back
