Staff constantly talk to you like you're a wounded animal rather than a veteran fallen on hard times, criticise and ostracise you if you use modern medication such as THC for pain relief, repeatedly locked out of the building as staff don't ensure entrances are manned whilst they take breaks, and councilors abruptly severe ties with patients, cutting all communications with no notification. I haven't heard back from my councilor in close to a year now. This place is a joke.
Amazing place. Staff are professional and very compassionate. Great facilities, gym, pool table, table tennis, lounge with big TV you can stream all streaming services via ph etc with wifi. Relaxation room, arts and crafts area and classes. Food is good, plenty of food and snacks. Grounds are nice and many patients maintain gardening etc. I can't fault the place at all. I am so happy to have found this place in my troubled time. And it's great to be around like minded people (veterans) who understand each other's problems. Y... read more
