My lease is up for renewal and I wanted to renew but I probably won’t they advertise gated parking but the gate is always propped open and it’s been left propped open since 2023 my old car I had got broke into. The old manager Sarah gave me an option to have the window damage taken off my rent or use the company American Express to go and get my window fixed this was in 2024. The only good thing about this apartment complex is its location near the river and trails — everything else has gone completely downhill. They advertise this place as a gated community, but the gates have been broken for over a year. They highlight amenities that either don’t exist or are barely functional. The gym has several pieces of equipment out of order for over 6 months, the pool is 99% of the time green and unable to be used, and the yoga classes they promised don’t actually happen. Jazzmine is the absolute BEST! She made my move in process super fast and easy and communication was great! I applied and got approved same day and she answered all of my 100 questions lol. She deserves 10 stars!
From into the complex from out of state without even touring the apartment. The staff was so helpful in providing resources and answering questions about the unit. Everyone that visits me loves my apartment. They always compliment my kitchen! Also the club area looks pretty cool. There’s also little events here and there. Not going to lie, haven’t attended one yet, just the timing has been off but they sound great when they advertise it.
