I have been at this apartment complex for a year & I have always loved these apartment. The bad reviews are usually just people who expect 100% everything perfect as if everybody isn't human. New management has came & Nita has been the absolute best to me ! She has accommodated all my needs and wants and made sure my things were handled properly and in the time frame it was supposed to. Nita is absolutely incredible. I've lived here for several years and experienced my fair share of issues during that time. However, the moment Nita came on board, everything changed for the better. When I first moved here almost two years ago, I truly loved this complex. It was well maintained and felt like home. Unfortunately, since the new management has taken over, I’ve noticed a decline in several important areas. • The exterior and interior doors are often not working, which creates a safety concern since anyone can freely enter the building. • The gates have not worked properly since the transfer of management.
