Everyone is very friendly and maintenance requests are handled very efficiently and Rian is very nice and quick to get things done!
Rian has been helping me over the last couple of months. He has great communication and usually checks works orders Sunday to prep for the week! He doesn't track in dirt or mud which has been an issue at prior complexes. He leaves detailed notes after a maintence visit and if you have questions, follows up!
Rian was very complete about what was needed to take care of some final details for what has been a very smooth and comfortable move into my unit at the Jameson on Madison Rd.
