The location is perfect—close to everything but still tucked away and peaceful. The price for what you get is honestly hard to beat. Move-in was super easy, and the staff has been welcoming, organized, and quick to help with any questions. My apartment is clean, modern, and really feels like home already. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Madisonville, The Jameson is definitely worth it!
I lived in this apartment complex for three years. The location is convenient and from the outside the complex looks nice. Pool is nice in the summer. unfortunately these apartments are just built to a very low quality standard. In my apartment I had: -ants (twice) -dishwasher broken twice (and had replaced the second time) -washing machine broken (maintenance left the partially disassembled washer in the middle of my closet blocking everything while they waited for parts for several days) -the built in shelves in my closet ... read more
