I recently toured at the Jameson as I am coming to Cincinnati for Law School. Elizabeth was the kindest and sweetest person ever and while I was already interested in the place before coming, her welcoming nature really sold it for me! I brought my mom with me and she was willing to answer any questions she had as well, which made her feel a lot better and she really appreciated! I've lived here for 1.5 years. I decided to live here because I was moving to Cincy without being able to tour apartments beforehand, and I don't regret my decision at all. I'm writing this to help people in the same boat. Apartments are nice and new. Decent amount of space, walk in closet, in unit laundry. Appliances are good. Bathrooms are nice, although the water pressure for me is a tad low. Maintenance has always done a good job whenever I've needed something. While the apartments look nice, I would not recommend living here. Rent was raised almost $100 each year I lived here (even with trying to negotiate). Grounds are frequently covered with dog feces from owners not picking up after their animal. The 'dog park' on the property is just a patch of turf grass - it is unusable in the summer because it gets so hot and basically unusable the remainder of the year due to the smell from it not being cleaned. I recently toured the Jameson with Jess and had a great experience. I originally decided on a unit but ultimately decided to go with a different unit when that opened up. I have not moved in yet, but will be in August. Super excited to move in and experience everything Jameson has to offer! I have lived here for a couple months now and I love it!
