I was planning a Sweet 16 dinner for my daughter at my home and at the last minute realized we would need a venue due to the weather. Aketra from the Jamessmith studio was efficient, professional, and accommodating and timely. She quickly provided pricing, a quote for services, a detailed explanation and then the invoice. I had my launch party here, the service that I received was phenomenal. I did not want to be involved in any of the planning. The consultation was amazing. I expressed everything that I wanted and what I did not want to do. The only thing that I wanted to do was show up with my family knowing that everything was taken care of.
