It's a large clean well laid out facility...but the parking and drop off is a bit of a mess. Could be better managed. Love all the available wheelchairs. Some long walks. Therapist I saw was excellent
Physical therapy at The James is easy to schedule, top-notch professional, & close to home. Each appointment I am treated well (great health care) & treated kindly (with friendliness & respect).
