Location was good. It’s near to a lot of places but a couple of blocks away from the tourist area. Depends on which room you get it could be very small to very spacious. A lot can be desired from this place and while I haven’t been to a lot of hotels in Manhattan, this currently ranks at the bottom amongst the Hyatt places I’ve been.
Great hotel location. Convenient access to most of places in Manhattan. Room is nice and clean. The hotel offers complimentary coffee in the morning and snacks in the afternoon. The only downside is the bad sound proofing . You’ll likely hear everything running on the streets.
Underwhelmed. Cold showers. No body wash (how hard is this to provide). Plain undecorated rooms. Not what I was expecting for a 4 star Manhattan hotel that presents itself as so fancy. All you really get is good location and good AC.
