The breakfast was only mildly warm when it arrived at my table. I wish this was warmer because it would had tasted much better
I have not been to this hotel, however I give it negative review because of the support service is really bad. A reservation was made for a client and the payment did not go through. Decent-sized New York City hotel room with queen bed, price was reasonable at $350 per night (winter). The front desk was helpful. There is no bellman at the Entry so you need to bring your own luggage up the stairs. Location is good, near Koreatown and NoMAD restaurants. Walking distance to Union Square and Grand Central.
The James New York – NoMad has a 4.1 star rating with 1,514 reviews.
The James New York – NoMad is open now. It is open 24/7.
