I rarely post negative reviews because I understand mistakes can happen. However, 2 issues in 2 appointments clearly is showing a pattern. We had an appointment scheduled for my mother in law with dementia, which can make getting her places hard enough so we plan our days carefully. We go to check in, only to be told we missed our appointment time by 6 minutes (we were not late, we even arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time on the letter we received in the mail confirming the appointment) & couldn’t be seen.
