Dr Neff refused to grant me a hysterectomy, citing it was unnecessary, and also citing my weight as a factor. After making up his mind, he and his team asked to “examine me” - why?? Not only is this a great place with great doctors, the care you get from this establishment is beyond 5 stars.. I’ve been driving my cousin there for chemo every 2 weeks for the last couple months and you couldn’t ask for a better staff. They work together as a team and make one of the worst days BRIGHTER, I swear they treat you as if they’ve known you your whole life and our happy to see you, never blinking a eye to help you with whatever you may need with a smile. I’ve worked with many health care providers, nurses, admin staff, etc. for several years. This facility is the best - hands down. Dr. Backes is kind, SMART, encouraging and actually LISTENED to my concerns. The nursing staff is unbelievable and the chemotherapy infusion area was perfection.
