I went to get highlights from Natalia Kelina. But instead of nice, smooth highlights, I got a bleach chunk in the middle of my hair, right over the forehead. I was very upset. I went to show her and asked her to redo it. She looked and said sarcastically, “Oh, it’s easy to fix, and I wish that this would be the worst problem in your life like your hair.” Instead of toning it down or adding a few brown highlights, she put even more bleach on it.
