Armando supported me with the maintenance issues on time, in some hours after the ticket was issued, everything was solved and he has a great attitude. Additionally the management team Maritza and Milly are always very supoortive
Very happy at the James. I just renewed my lease for the third time. Maritza Moncado and Millie Perez have always been exceptional with their response to my inquiries. I would rate both of them 10 out of 10 . Very courteous and professional with all the tenants.
Maritza and Millie are the backbone of this building. They have been present since day one and make you feel right at home with someone to talk to or ask a question. From minor tasks to big jobs, Maritza and Millie are people you can count on to help make your stay at the James great. They perfectly complement one another and I couldn’t ask for a better leasing staff during my 4 years at the James.
I’ve been living at The James in Park Ridge for over 15 months, and it has been a great experience. The building is newly constructed with high-end finishes and appliances, and everything is always clean and well-maintained.
