A BIG shout out to Martiza and Millie at The James as they made my transition from Florida a breeze. Martiza went above and beyond and expediated my application to ensure it meant with my timelines. Both ladies are professional and accommodating. I am looking forward to my enjoying my new home and utilizing the facilities in which this property has to offer. Again... thank you ladies!

Had the pleasure of touring The James today and WOW-- what an experience! Maritza was absolutely amazing and professional! She took time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole tour. The whole process from the initial inquiry to application was seamless. The James is stunning and the layout options were great!
My husband and I have lived at the James for 4 years now. It is such an amazing place to live and in the perfect area walking distance from shops/restaurants/etc. We love the soaking pool and gym and highly recommend this building! We absolutely love having Maritza, Millie & Janice as our leasing staff to help whenever we need! We are so thankful to have such great people working here.
