My favorite activity at the JAM Center is swimming in the beautifully maintained pool! I am always able to get a good workout in and relax my mind while strengthening my body. I love our local JAM Center and especially love that is close to home.
Spin class with Alana is a great workout and tons of fun! Time flies when you ride fast. If you like to ride, come join us.
The jam center has such a great pool and the kids love the amenities the pool has such as the slide and slash pad. I love that they have lifeguards on duty at all times. We love utilizing the gym. The facility is nice and clean and such a calm environment. The early learning program is the best my children attended. My children have flourished and learned so much. I have lost quite a lot of weight and I started the 9:30am artobics class. It’s just great. For the first time, really in my life I ‘m moving and beginning to feel good about myself. Everyone in the class is so nice and the instructor is wonddrful. She watches over everyone and lets us know if we should adjust what we are doing. Such a positive place ro be.
I took a candlelight yoga class, and it was amazing. It was very peaceful and was great for relaxation and connecting with my mind and soul.
