I had previously gotten a tattoo here and enjoyed my experience. I received an email from them asking for tattoo models that a newer artist could work on from their flash sheet for $50. I made my appointment and that was it. About a week prior to my appointment I receive a text saying that because she has made so much progress over the past month she will no longer honor the $50 appointment price but give me a "discount rate" of $85. Luckily I was able to cancel and was not charged at all.

Today was my second time seeing Lauralee! I got a lash lift and tint and they look amazing. Lauralee is super professional and also really kind. You should definitely go to her for lashes and your next ear piercing. I have also seen Emily O for a bunch of fine line tattoos and she’s AWESOME. I get complimented on all of her work all of the time. Definitely check out the jade collective

I attempted to receive 3 separate services from this business and not one was successful. First I paid $90 at a pop-up event for permanent jewelry. The employee mentioned they hadn’t brought the correct size ring for the chain I had picked out, but proceeded to use an inefficient ring that didn’t properly solder and therefore caused the bracelet to fall off a week or so later. would give 0 if i could :) communication is subpar with employees and customers and apparently employees and employees. unreliable shop, spend your money elsewhere

Seeing Lauralee (lashes) and Hannah (tattoo) were both excellent experiences! The lash extensions are gorgeous and the most professional I’ve had. The tattoo was so gentle compared to other pieces done in the past by other artists. It was wonderful getting such great service with a lovely atmosphere and pleasant company. Highly recommend them!
