Living at Jaqueline in Columbus feels like home. My apartment is bright and comfortable and the staff are always very helpful and responsive, making everyday life easy and welcoming.
Usually, when you see all of the reviews that have five stars are reviews that management has paid for, but I must say that I was totally blown away at the beauty of this Apartment community. Skylar was on point accurate and very detailed. She answered all of my questions and was very responsive to my needs .I have to put this at top of the list. The Jacqueline is an extremely beautiful, well cared for and secured Apartment community.
My fiancée and I first lived together here, and it will always hold special memories. The addition of the gated parking was a welcome change, and being in walking distance of The Lighthouse coffee shop, East Market, Columbus Brewing, and Local Cantina are major benefits. The property management have always been attentive to property needs, as well as addressing any issues in a very timely manner, usually within the next day or two, but always with a prompt email response, and safety is always a priority.
Since I have lived at the Jacqueline there have been soooo many improvements made to the property. Having a gated parking lot is a huge plus in Columbus, and especially in OTE. The Wilcox team is VERY responsive to any and all inquiries and maintenance requests. I feel safe in my apartment, and I really love being walking distance from Franklin Park, East Market and the Light House coffee shop!
I have not moved in yet but just signed my lease! Skylar IS THE BEST! She is so kind and walked me through the whole process with such ease. I am someone who asks 100s of questions and she answered each one and if she did not know the answer was able to get back to me quick!
