Situated on the St. Johns River, this riverside playground features great restaurants and shopping opportunities. Jacksonville Landing's facade is a famed part of the Jacksonville skyline. Clothing, gifts, music and more fill the shops and a food court and wide variety of restaurants stave off starvation. Outdoor concerts and special events take place regularly at the Landing, making it a favorite gathering spot in the city for visitors and locals out to eat, drink and dance the night away.

We have been to MDA walk two years now and I am pissed! First of all the parking attendant is rude! The regular parking prices aren’t bad but seriously?! Your going to charge $10 for disabled children who need the handicap spots?!!! Because it’s considered an event? What in the actual fuck?! I could see if there was other handicap spots near by but there isn’t! The city had all spots around the landing bagged with NO parking bags. So a couple blocks away are parallel parking spots. How in the holy hell do you expect people w... read more

Hi Peggy, we’re sorry to hear that the event presented these frustrations. Although the city has the right to bag meters during downtown events and none of the parking garages are owned by The Jacksonville Landing we appreciate your communication regar…See More
I attended an the MDA Walk today and due to my son being wheelchair bound we park in the parking area. That's about the only handicapped parking available and since the event is a fundraiser where majority of the people are wheelchair dependent that parking would be standard rate or free. Little did I know parking was $10!!!!! We weren't even there 3 hours. Not to mention the attendant collecting money was about as rude as could be!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I FEEL AS IF THE LANDING TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE FUNDRAISER THAT MY SO... read more
Business response:
Kristina, we’re disappointed to hear that your perception is that we would want to take advantage. The Jacksonville Landing is always eager to help any cause that affects members of our community in any way that we can. Additionally, all parking garages are owned separately and unfortunately, we don’t have a say in any of their rates, but do our best to communicate these, especially during large upcoming events. We do appreciate your communication as you are not only one to have complained about rates or an attendant’s lack ... read more

Chicago Pizza was awesome! They were awesome hosts for the Saturday night pregame Bills vs Jags party. The beers were cold and the pizza was hot. See ya next year!
Business response:
🍕🍕🍕 - See you soon Brian!
We come in and get seated at a disgustingly dirty table, staff totally bullshit ! Seated out in an area that is totally shitty !!! Will not come back here ever again !!!
Business response:
Hello, sorry to hear about your experience. Do you mind telling us what restaurant you were visiting? Your review was left on The Landing page and not the restaurant’s so we would like to pass your comment along. Thank you.
My husband and I were in town yesterday for the Florida/Georgia game. We went to the Landing as we always do, and found out our favorite restaurant American Grill had closed. Went to Benny's instead. Service was good and the food ok, but we miss the Grill. Food and atmosphere there was always great! Sad to see it closed. Also, so many empty stores, and not much worth shopping for anymore. We do still enjoy going to the USS Adams museum.
Business response:
Hi, Denise. We're sorry that American Grill closed down as well. We'd like to send you a Gift Certificate redeemable at many of our restaurants to help your search for your new favorite place. Please contact us through private messages with your address so that we are able to mail this to you directly. Additionally, we're happy to inform that new stores will be opening soon. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay up to date on our openings and events.
As I stand by the river waiting for fireworks (after seeing 3 months of press that the fireworks were @ 1030) I recheck your social media and see 1.5 hours prior you changed your schedule. You fail, you are about as irrelevant as our Jaguars owner who cares more about real estate than his actual knowledge of the game. And good job to your FB "admin" on the heads up as well, way to inform people who've planned to attend the "highlight" of this event for months. (Don't bother to insert your sad excuse for a apologetic response... read more
