Although there are many Jackson clinics around (one about 10 minutes from me in Centreville) I chose to keep going to the Brambleton office. I’m so happy I did. The front office staff are super friendly and so helpful. I initially started the PT with Megan. Along with the PT sessions/exercises, Megan also gave me 2 or 3 dry needling treatments for my problem upper left back/shoulder area. I'm writing this review to warn others about the unprofessional administration at the Jackson Clinic. While my physical therapist was excellent, my experience with billing was so frustrating that I had to cancel my remaining appointments. Despite numerous conversations with their leadership and billing team, charges remained on my bill that could not be explained. I typically reserve any negative experiences as opportunities for a vendor to self-improve, however, in this case I am deeply concerned and taken aback with the recent events. Jackson Clinics in Ashburn is excellent. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful and the Physical therapists are fantastic. They genuinely care about their patients’ wellness.
