Fantastic therapists and front desk staff. They are always super busy and yet so accommodating. Truly, they go above and beyond for their clients. Liz and Daniel have been life savers for the PT I’ve needed
My experience at this physical therapy office was not great. I came in with a referral from my orthopedic surgeon, who had laid out specific instructions. But instead of following the orthos plan, the therapist seemed to ignore it and went with their own approach without discussing it with me. At the end of the appointment, I brought up the fact that it wasn't what I expected and the two things the ortho recommended did not happen at all. Good job Rony and team coming out with PT plan , exercises for knee pain and swelling on the leg helping out , monitor exercises at the Jackson clinic.
Too crowded and the physical therapist is overbooked. Attention to detail and support on right posture and reps is lacked by few physical therapist who are busy talking or other tasks.
