The female physical therapist I worked with was very callous and rude. Ended up quitting after a week and pursuing physical therapy elsewhere. Not worth my time.
The JC location in Middleburg is amazing (and also corporate headquarters). Erin and Hayley are such an experienced team with detailed knowledge, patience, an empathetic ear, a sense of humor, and are just terrific to work with. I spent two months repairing a shoulder and looked forward to going to therapy twice a week. I highly recommend their personal approach and quality service.
Erin and Hayley were super accommodating, super knowledgable, clearly laid out what they thought to be the timeline of my recovery and helped me there without fuss!
