I've used this facility for 2 separate injuries, first an ankle then rotator cuff. The PT was clearly knowledgeable and examined me and what I could do. However the practice is to prescribe the PT therapy then pass you to another person to do the therapy part, if this works for you great - i prefer to have one person who works with the issue, sees the exercises, adjusts etc. - I moved to select therapy and have Amy and she is wonderful and knows how my rotator cuff is improving, limits etc. so adds new exercises and works wi... read more

Beware of the receptionist - she is one nasty person. I ended my therapy with them because of her. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. The therapists were good, but between the receptionist and the poor location (in a sports facility requiring several flights of stairs to climb) were the kiss of death. If you need to cancel an appt., do it electronically so you have proof, otherwise, you are S-O-L. T

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

After just a few appointments I could tell their advanced and sophisticated equipment was really helping in my recovery. I knew I'd be back to my old self in no time. I've never had to worry about them pressuring me to come back for unnecessary physical therapy. Their primary concern is my health and safety, not making money off me. They created a fantastic program for me and I was able to get better almost immediately. I couldn't believe how much of a difference they were able to make in my level of pain.

Did the physical therapist offer you any exercises you could do at home to speed up your recovery? Many! They gave me a ton of exercises I could do at home Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
