I recently finished my physical therapy provided by the Jackson Clinic in Arlington VA. I was extremely impressed by every aspect of my treatment. Ms. Mary Gregorio, the Office Manager could not have been more pleasant, professional, and helpful in scheduling sessions and keeping all insurance claims current and accurate. My Physical Therapist, Dr. Leah Willis, DPT, was exceptional! She correctly diagnosed my radial tunnel syndrome, something that had not been diagnosed correctly by my physician. I was recovering from shoulder surgery and I worked with Erin, Rob, Katherine, Ryan, Dan, and Marielle. They were all fun, friendly, and professional. Mary and Nicole, who run the front office, were always smiling, welcoming, and very professional. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible.
