They need new front desk staff. Not people who will make a pregnant woman wait 35min to then tell her “it’s been too long since your appointment time you need to go somewhere else” and not explain why she can’t be seen, or where she should go.

I went for my annual exam everyone was so kind and patient very professional and very helpful with answering any questions that I had. And also helping me with directions to get to the right place.
First time I called they were supposed to save my number and call me back in order to make an appointment, never got a call back. I’ve tried calling them multiple times but always get hung up on right after being transferred
