Dr. Fleming is amazing. He listens to all your health concerns and works diligently to find solutions to those concerns.
I just established care here and I had some concerns about my first appointment but the staff is very open and communicative even if you have bad experience they will address your concerns! Dr. Brooks has great bedside manner and her nurses are very nice. I believe I will enjoy getting my care here new to Jackson Tennessee so I’m still settling in trying find doctors.
They need new front desk staff. Not people who will make a pregnant woman wait 35min to then tell her “it’s been too long since your appointment time you need to go somewhere else” and not explain why she can’t be seen, or where she should go.
