Very disappointed with the Milan branch. I went in for my yearly check up and that was satisfactory. What wasn’t satisfactory is how they capitalized on a piece of personal information to bilk my insurance. My appointment was at the beginning of November in 2024. I may have spent 10 minutes with Dr. Ryan and let her know that my son had killed himself back in April. I got a “you look great and I want you to come see me next month “ This surprised me because I only go to the dr for my yearly exam unless something is wrong. I ... read more

Miss. Katherine Cummings is my PCP at the Milan location. She is amazing! Takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. All my questions get answered. I’m always reassured. I always get the proper care and guidance. If she doesn’t have the answer she does her best to find it! She prays with me after every visit. She’s the best!!
Bad experience
Employees are seriously rude. You can't get th doctors to prescribed medications you need after being discharged from the hospital. You would be better off going to the veterinarian. You would get better treatment.
