My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning last week. The doctor and nurse were extremely professional. The doctor being a gentleman requested a knee x-ray. Fast, professional & great bed side manner. Called back on Monday and spoke with nurse Sandra, again had professional & understanding, needed x-ray forwarded…Sandra did it immediately. WOW impressed! Waste of $30. Did absolutely nothing to help my husband.
I went there today with symptoms of a sinus infection. I have been experiencing fatigue and nausea. The doctor said I had a viral stomach virus without vomiting and diarrhea. She said I had clear sinus drainage at the back of my throat so it must be a stomach virus. I do not have a stomach virus. I’m able to eat just fine. The drainage is causing the nausea. Need a PSP through the Jackson Clinic to accept any insurance. Bunch of money hungry bullshit. Tried to bring my 4yo ASD daughter in for a sickness and the said they wouldn't accept Blue Care because her PSP is not through the Jackson Clinic.
