Called three times to get my prescriptions refilled. Was told three times they were working on it. The fourth phone call I made I was told the doctor wasn't in at all on Tuesday's. I explained more than once I was leaving town and needed them filled. We'll getting ready to leave and no prescriptions. This place is a Joke and full of lies. I had to bring my son here while on vacation and the staff, nurses and doctor were great! I can’t say enough about them. They were kind, professional and really cared about my son being sick.
My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning last week. The doctor and nurse were extremely professional. The doctor being a gentleman requested a knee x-ray. Fast, professional & great bed side manner. Called back on Monday and spoke with nurse Sandra, again had professional & understanding, needed x-ray forwarded…Sandra did it immediately. WOW impressed! Waste of $30. Did absolutely nothing to help my husband.
I went there today with symptoms of a sinus infection. I have been experiencing fatigue and nausea. The doctor said I had a viral stomach virus without vomiting and diarrhea. She said I had clear sinus drainage at the back of my throat so it must be a stomach virus. I do not have a stomach virus. I’m able to eat just fine. The drainage is causing the nausea.
