I called the Jackson clinic multiple days at multiple times to have my calls not answered. One time after waiting for someone to pick up for 15 minutes. They picked the phone up and hung up without saying hello. Later that day when I called, the person said they would get back and never did. Called a few times the next day and left a voicemail, and they did call back but I missed it. I keep getting repeated emails saying I have a balance and that I’m going to be automatically charged for said fees. I have paid my full balance and called this place multiple times to have them remove my credit card. I have been lied to by women in the business office saying this would be resolved. If you are bringing your children to get treated do not allow them around Emily Hill. She shouldn't be using needles whatsoever. All she does is ask if you can hold them still,jam a needle in their leg and not even offer them something for comfort at the end. My child's legs have been in pain. Then you have to hear an idiot there on a speaker out loud ask if you stole someone's kid cause they're screaming in pain. I don't care for an automated false apology from their system on this site. She's rude and unprofessional.
