We have been happily engaged with services at the Jacaranda Centre now for the last six years. They have provided ongoing psychological support and diagnostic assessment to meet NDIS requirements for both my sons. My wife and I have been again working with Katie at the Jacaranda Centre for our daughter, and are extremely impressed with the level of professional, kind and caring service we have been given. Katie is extremely good at what she does, and we highly recommend her and the centre.
While the clinicians here are excellent on every occasion I have difficulty with reception. These problems include not informing me a clinician will be visiting my child's school and then threatening to cancel the appointment because I havent paid for it. (it wasnt paid for because i didnt know it was occuring). The latest is another demand for immediate payment for an appointment in advance because it suits them, rather than allowing me to pay on the day of the appointment. My Husband and I recently had our first consultation with Katie at the Jacaranda center and couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Katie was kind, caring, professional in her approach and we look forward to her meeting our little girl and dealing with her again soon:)
