After calling multiple mobile sawmill operations with mixed results, I came across these guys. Jay was by far, (I mean really far) the most courteous and helpful of all the ones I spoke with. Phenomenal resource and great work with - high quality and so fair in pricing
As part of an historic carriage barn rebuilding project in Ashfield, and at the recommendation of our timber frame builder, we hired the J Team to saw 11,000 board feet of custom timbers. The J Team set up a portable Wood-Mizer sawmill at the construction site and cut everything from the 10x12” pine posts used to support the frame, the 4x5" hemlock roof rafters, and the clapboard siding.
