The Venue is great and staff are lovely but the management are ruthlesss. Hiring a room for a couple of hours for a free event has ridiculous charges even when specifying we wll set up the room and no AV required, we walk in tol find the room set up and a TV with their promo running on ready to go (assumed this equipment was part of the room hire). I paid quickly before departing the venue as attendees were waiting to talk with me and when i had time to review the invoice, I was charged for room set up $45 and access to AV (... read more
