I was not very pleased in how Mr. Guerra rushed me towards the end. The final things about my children seemed to not matter to him much. He was rushing me because Of his personal life. He was even happy to inform us of it while I was going over the paperwork. I would suggest using a different mediator if you don’t like being rushed about signing papers that will affect you and your loved ones for a long time.
Used J. Guerra for divorce mediation. He started out okay but then his demeanor changed and I felt rushed towards the end of the day. We even had to pencil things in at the end of the day (very unprofessional). He deals with these things everyday. Perhaps he is numb one of the biggest life changes a person can go through. I would avoid using him for mediation purposes.
