The facility itself is very clean. The front desk staff tend to be nice albeit clueless teenagers. I only joined for the pool. It is nigh on impossible to get a lane to yourself in the summer because it's full of kids taking lessons. Not only do they take up one or two of the three lanes but parking can be tricky because their parents take up so many of the spots. Also, as I've just found out, a week isn't sufficient notice to end your membership. I'll be on the hook for another month for some entirely contrived reason.

Very well managed! Finally a gym that’s clean and organized. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Everyone from employees to the members have a genuine respect and appreciation for the gym. The J Fitness is the best gym in CT!

J Fitness has a terrific swim program for kids. Highly recommend!
