Most of the women seem nice enough, but when my daughter came in for a trim the stylist took out her ponytail, didn't even comb through her hair, trimmed it dry and asked if that was fine. We left and I made note to probably not come back, or at least never go to that lady again.
The owner and staff are so nice and professional.
