I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Ivy Tattoo and Salon. Not only is the salon beautiful and welcoming, but the customer service is absolutely top-notch. The owner truly goes above and beyond to make sure every client feels valued and taken care of. She was patient, professional, and attentive to what I wanted, and she also made sure I understood how to care for my hair afterward. The money you pay for hair extensions vs the quality of hair extensions you get is definitely not equal. “Ivy League” is such a joke. This was SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. I reached out to the salon about my concerns and they fed me some bs story about “a bad batch” and that they would make it right…..I haven’t heard anything from them in over 2 weeks.
