The trash service is a convenient and appreciated service!!! This has made my new home experience absolutely worth while!! I look forward to a comforting stay here at Ivy Club !!
Don’t move here if you want visitors. All this open parking and they still tow when you’re in a visitor’s space. Visitors need a pass on top of parking in designated spaces yet we never have a full lot. So piss poor. $175 gone down the drain at the top of the year and that’s not what I needed right now but I’ll eat it.
The complex is nice, but you can't select your neighbors. Loud music, weed smell and the pet owners no cleaning up behind their dogs, can't even use the grass to walk on. This will be my final year as a resident.
First off I want to say that apartment complex is over 50yrs old, the whole apartment complex is filled with mold in every building. Everyday/ week there’s a yellow mold truck/company truck that’s on the promises. The front office is all family and they do a lot lying. This neighborhood should be put on the do not move in list. The property manager Valerie Zeright is very disrespectful and lacks professionalism!! She has constantly accused my son of smoking on the property and has failed to provide proof. She showed me a picture of him standing outside with no smoke or smoking products in sight. She then accused him of smoking when the maintenance team smelled smoke from the top-level apartment while replacing a window. There are four apartments on each floor.
