A few things I noticed: At my initial consultation, the doctor confused me with another patient and greeted me as if we had met before. Later, I followed up by email to ask about treatment options she had mentioned briefly during that appointment, and she asked me to book a second visit to discuss them further. I had my first treatment with Dr Wendy today, the consultation was comprehensive and she developed a tailored plan to suit my needs, then my first treatment was fantastic and can’t wait until my next one! Highly recommend!
