First time here and was hesitant to try a new colorist, but Jolene was wonderful!!! Managed my expectations well and took me from too blonde to the perfect shade of brown. Super sweet too and the salon is very cute and well-maintained. Will be back! (Didn’t have a before but it was a yellowish blonde before)
I go to The Ivy every 6 weeks on the dot to clean up my blunt bob. Kailana is fantastic, takes her time, and does a wonderful job. I always leave feeling great. I highly recommend her! Eugene at the front desk is always so helpful and easy to communicate with.
The end result exceeded my expectations! It’s clear Jolene has a natural talent and a great eye for detail. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh, skillful touch.

I came up from the city desperately looking for a salon to help me fix my hair. I’m so happy I found this salon. Jolene was wonderful. She took her time to talk to me about what I wanted to achieve with my hair and addressed all my concerns. My hair was bleach damaged and basically platinum blonde. Jolene was able to get my hair back to the dark brown I was looking for, without damage. She also gave me a wonderful haircut, and I left feeling beautiful.
