I’ve lived at the Ivy for almost a year now and I have no complaints. It’s a great property, good people around me, great location! i’ve lived at many apartment complex’s in LA and the Ivy is by far my favorite
1st of all this place is UNSAFE!!! Homeless people in the building daily! sleeping in garage, my car was not safe! The owner is a greedy greedy gross man.

I love Rocio! I was driving by looking for a new place to call home - not only did she make herself available to give me a tour - but she was transparent with me about the unit I was getting vs the ones that would be upcoming. The building and amenities are well kept and ready to use. Rocio has been staying in touch with me during the whole application process. She even offered to let me in the unit a little early so I could take measurements before my move-in date. On top of that, when I left the building, I ran into a resi... read more
Came and toured and building is nice. The area is good and loved the management she was very welcoming. Definitely want to apply.
