My mother has been a resident at "The Ivy at Hawaii Kai" for over a year now. We spent a great deal of time exploring the various senior living options. Because she is a physically active senior with a companion dog and loves to walk & spend time out doors... we loved the campus sits on 23 acres! It’s a very nice and very large assistant retirement home with beautiful landscape and views of the Pacific Ocean and the Hawaii Kai area of Oahu. I have a fellow military veteran that I helped move there over a year ago. With a very nice swimming pool area with outdoor BBQ and beautiful waterfalls.
Saw 1 inch roach in dining room. Management don't return phone calls. They don't notify independent living residence when there is a fire. Elevator breaks down.
