EDIT: It’s been 3 years now that I’ve lived here and in the last year and a half the quality has dropped significantly. They used to have events every month or so and snacks and drinks in common areas. We don’t have those anymore. I have reached out with safety incidents where I had to call the police because my porch furniture was being stolen and noise complaints during construction in the retail sections till 8pm on Friday nights and weekends and all these concerns have been ignored.
