Where do I begin. I have lived here for over 5 years. The buildings are full of black mold that till this day has not been able to control. Construction workers have been instructed not to talk to tenants regarding this matter The homeless use all the outlets outside of building and come in to common spaces to try and warm up and have to be ran off. EDIT: It’s been 3 years now that I’ve lived here and in the last year and a half the quality has dropped significantly. They used to have events every month or so and snacks and drinks in common areas. We don’t have those anymore. I have reached out with safety incidents where I had to call the police because my porch furniture was being stolen and noise complaints during construction in the retail sections till 8pm on Friday nights and weekends and all these concerns have been ignored.
