We came to this place looking for a 2nd opinion, and without a doubt, we decided to continue here primarily because of the care & professionalism with which we were treated, & the way in which every one of our questions & concerns were addressed. Wonderful experience, Dr. Laurel, Ms. Diana are such nice and passionate people. We went in to inquiry about IVF only to find put we qualified for a study that covers the entire procedure. We are so blessed to have found this place!!
After a single meeting costing $400, we were told we would be contacted for next steps. We waited for two weeks with no call. We called the center, and got the email of the contact. We emailed the contact person and received no reply. No one reached out. It is quite disappointing how they treat potential parents.
I am blown away by how amazing my new patient experience was. Dr. Chen was patient and listened to everything I wanted to say, explained everything in detail and made sure I understood it all, I never once felt rushed, I also did not feel neglected. I am so happy we chose this facility for our Fertility needs. From the very first phone call to all of the office appointments, everyone has been so helpful. This office is brand new and beautiful on the inside. Sierra at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Tianna was our new patient coordinator and she was overly helpful with making sure we got everything we needed done.
