I want to start by saying that Dr. Patel was extremely caring, professional, and thorough during my visit. She took the time to explain all the possible procedures in detail, listened carefully to my concerns, reviewed my case attentively, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Wonderful experience, Dr. Laurel, Ms. Diana are such nice and passionate people. We went in to inquiry about IVF only to find put we qualified for a study that covers the entire procedure. We are so blessed to have found this place!!
After a single meeting costing $400, we were told we would be contacted for next steps. We waited for two weeks with no call. We called the center, and got the email of the contact. We emailed the contact person and received no reply. No one reached out. It is quite disappointing how they treat potential parents.
